2019 Summit: Welcome and Opening Remarks

Andrea Epstein welcomes attendees to the first annual Glaucoma Patient Summit. As Chair of the steering committee for the event, Andrea helped to organize and launch the first annual Patient Summit, held in San Francisco at the Park Central Hotel on March 16, 2019. Andrea first got involved with the Glaucoma Research Foundation when her husband was diagnosed with glaucoma and she was searching for information about treatments and potential cures.
