Judah Crossland oversees major gift fundraising and donor engagement at Glaucoma Research Foundation. A development professional with more than 20 years of experience, she served as the Director of Development at Scripps Health for nearly a decade and has held key fundraising roles at Seton Healthcare Family, Voices for Children, and Any Baby Can. Judah has led multi-channel fundraising efforts, secured transformational gifts, and built strong donor relationships to advance healthcare and research initiatives. She joined GRF as Senior Director of Development in March 2025.
