Maxson works closely with the Executive Director of Development and COO to oversee mid-level donors, Catalyst Circle and President’s Circle through donor cultivation and stewardship. He also works closely with the team to secure industry support for event sponsorships including Glaucoma 360 and the Patient Summit. Maxson graduated from Fordham University with a degree in communications and culture and joined GRF in 2022 with over four years of non-profit development experience as a Development Officer at EB Research Partnership and Campaign and Stewardship Intern at The Met.
