Catalina manages Foundation operations including Human Resources, Finance Management, Database Administration and Gift Processing. She oversees our annual audit, state licensing process, administration, and all policies and procedures. In addition, Catalina works closely with our Scientific Advisory Committee and manages our Shaffer Grant application process. She has been with Glaucoma Research Foundation since 1998.
